Road traffic collision in Richmondshire

Police are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision in Richmondshire.

It happened on Monday 16 February at around 10.30am on the B6267 near to the Kirklington crossroads.

A vehicle, believed to be blue in colour, left the road, colliding with a wooden post. It failed to stop at the scene and would have had significant damage caused to it as a result of the collision.

We are appealing for witnesses to the collision to get in touch as soon as possible to assist the investigation.
