Scarborough appeal: Alleged assault on woman at bus stop

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about an assault that occurred at approximately 5.15pm on Wednesday 22 January 2020 on Ramshill Road, Scarborough.

The woman was waiting for a bus when she was punched in the face by another woman.

The suspect is described as a white, aged 35 to 40, slim build, around 5ft 9in tall, shoulder-length black hair, and she was wearing a black padded jacket with a hood.

We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
