Stolen Moped

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and/or information about a blue Honda moped which has been stolen from the Cross Street area in Scarborough.

It happened on Cross Street between the hours of 02:00 and 16:45 on Thursday 1 October 2015 and involved a dark blue Honda SCV100 moped (registration mark YE53 ZSP). The moped was park along Cross Street in Scarborough.

We are conducting enquiries and are requesting the public’s assistance to help determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

In particular, we are appealing for information about the current whereabouts of the moped, if anyone in the area heard or saw anything between the hours mention above or any moped fitting the description seen being riden in and around the Scarborough area or for sale.
