Theft of gates from Country Store in Malton

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about a theft that occurred in Malton.

It happened on Horsemarket Road between 6.55pm and 7.10pm on Saturday 3 March 2018. A large white Luton style van is believed to have reversed into the car park of the business premises. The offender then loaded two calving gates into the rear of the man and quickly drove off from the area.

We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

In particular, we are appealing for information about anyone who saw the van in the area at the time, has any cctv that may assist or who has had any calving gates offered to them for a small price.
