Witness sought to Malton collision

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about a road traffic collision that occurred that occurred on Castlegate near to the traffic lights with Butcher Corner in MALTON on the 2 December 2015.

It happened at approximately 4pm when a yellow Citroen C2 was stationery at the lights and was struck from behind by a large black vehicle, possibly a Land Rover 4×4.

The driver of the Citroen suffered minor injuries.

We are conducting enquiries and are requesting the public’s assistance to help determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

In particular, we are appealing for information about the black 4 x4 .
